Cancellation Policy

At Eazzy, we understand that plans can change. We aim to keep our cancellation policy simple, fair, and respectful of both our customers and our Eazzy Experts.

1. Free Cancellation Window

You may cancel your booking up to 2 (two) hours before the scheduled service time without any cancellation charges.

There will be no fees if cancellation is made within this window.

2. Late Cancellation Fee

If a booking is cancelled less than 2 (two) hours before the scheduled service time, a flat cancellation fee of ₹100 (Rupees One Hundred only) will apply.

This fee:

  • Is fixed and non-negotiable
  • Is charged per booking
  • Will be deducted from any prepaid amount or collected separately, if applicable

3. Why is there a Late Cancellation Fee?

When an Eazzy Expert accepts your booking:

  • They block their time slot exclusively for you
  • They may decline other service opportunities
  • They may begin travel arrangements or preparation

A late cancellation impacts their earnings and schedule.

The entire ₹100 late cancellation fee is paid directly to the assigned Eazzy Expert as compensation for their reserved time.

Eazzy does not retain any portion of this fee.

We believe this is a fair way to respect the time and effort of our service professionals.

4. No-Show Policy

If:

  • The Eazzy Expert arrives at the scheduled location, and
  • The service cannot be completed due to customer unavailability or refusal

The booking may be treated as a late cancellation and the ₹100 charge will apply.

5. Exceptions

Eazzy may, at its sole discretion, waive the cancellation fee in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

  • Verified emergency situations
  • Safety concerns
  • Platform errors

Such waivers are not guaranteed and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Cancel

You may cancel your booking:

  • Through the Eazzy app
  • Via your booking dashboard on www.eazzy.in
  • By contacting customer support

Cancellation timing will be calculated based on system timestamp.

7. Changes to This Policy

Eazzy reserves the right to modify this Cancellation Policy at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Platform.
